A Fairfield University graduate with a degree in Mathematics and a minor in Information Technology, Maria applies a data-driven approach while maintaining a personalized, client-first mindset. Kristin List, Broker-Manager
Kristin’s passion for helping people started at a young age. Born and raised in the beautiful Sussex County, Kristin was always seeking out ways to make a difference for others. After earning a degree in communications from Montclair State University, Kristin secured a position in NYC at NBC in their advertising sales department. Despite loving the city, and an exciting job, when the time came to raise a family of her own with her husband (and high school sweetheart), she was eager to find something closer to home that allowed her to work with people while still utilizing all of the skills she attained in sales.
Licensed since 2006, Kristin has found much success. Through it all, the relationships she makes in this business are everything to her, and don’t end when a deal closes. Her clients are lifetime clients, and she enjoys going through so many important life moments with them. Her community is also very important to her. She has a network of many local businesses that she loves to support. Her pride and joy are her three children. Raising them in the town she grew up in has been a dream come true. She feels very fortunate they are getting a childhood she so fondly remembers.
Her children are all very active in sports and the community, and Kristin loves nothing more than watching them do what they love. Her zest for life along with her eagerness for helping others make their dreams a reality makes the exciting world of Real Estate a perfect place for Kristin to reside professionally, while making some great acquaintances along the way! Cultivating and maintaining relationships has grown her business into something Kristin is very proud of.
Kristin's latest career accomplishment has been obtaining her Broker's License and securing the Broker/Manager position at Haven Realty, right in her hometown. Now, not only can she continue to serve her clients with dedication, she has the great pleasure of passing down her knowledge and experience to the agents within the office.

Shana’s love for homes and community began on the picturesque shores of Lake Hopatcong in Sussex County, where she grew up surrounded by the charm and values of small-town life. While her beginnings were humble, Shana’s dreams were anything but small leading her to the bright lights of New York City, where she danced with the prestigious New York City Ballet (because who doesn’t love a good tutu?).
Her creative journey then led her to acting, gracing both stage and screen, while simultaneously pursuing a career in hairstyling for top-rated TV shows, films, and A-list clients. Shana's remarkable journey in the entertainment industry has been marked by her innate talent for building and sustaining meaningful relationships.
With over two decades of hairstyling experience working in clients’ homes across NYC and New Jersey Shana discovered a deep fascination with homes.
Their architecture, design, and the feeling they inspire. This passion, rooted in childhood, became the perfect complement to her next chapter…real estate.
After welcoming her son Macai and navigating life as a single mother, Shana returned to Sussex County and reunited with her high school sweetheart, Bryan, a single father of four daughters. Together, they share a love for homes and dedication to serving their community. Bryan brings extensive experience in utilities and water service, having likely worked in countless homes across North and Central Jersey.
Today, Shana and Bryan are proud parents of five children, balancing life on the sports fields, supporting their kids’ dreams, and making a positive impact on everyone they meet. Through it all, Shana has learned that two of life’s greatest joys are the confidence of a great hairstyle and the warmth of waking up in a home that truly feels like your own.
